Add attribute stating how many opened conversations a user/lead has

I know this wouldn’t apply for different channels, but you can set up the chat configuration for the user to only be able to have one open chat at a time. 

You can set this on configurations > messenger > General > Prevent visitors from having multiple inbound conversations

Hi ​@Laura Lincke, thanks for the suggestion. That's not what I want, though. I do not want to prevent users from creating new parallel conversations because they can deal with multiple topics/problems, and it's confusing to do it within one conversation. However, there are users who think creating duplicate threads of one topic will get more attention, to which I'd like to accommodate the workflow. So, I want to notify them about the fact.
