add cc and bcc to outbound mailflow

This would be a great feature! I know it is possible when generating the first email, but we reply to a lot of emails and need to include other members - It would be helpful to CC or BCC!

This would be huge!  We reach out to several people at the same company, or like to include internal folks on communication, and it would be much easier if they were all on one chain
