Fin is answering conversations outside office hours. I need to set new office hours every time we have a day of (for example because of a national holiday). An option to set holidays so I don't have to change the office hours or change the workflows to the other custom office hours would be nice.

Such a feature would be great on public holidays such as Christmas.
It’s a considerable missing feature in our opinion, and such a common feature in other software we use such as the phones, Google company listings, etc, to be able to set Opening Hours exceptions in advance and on a temporary basis.
Instead, we currently always have to alter our Default Schedule (renders the name meaningless), and during the holidays sign into to Intercom just to amend it again for New Year’s week, and then put it all back in 2026.
And this happens with every public holiday too. Seems outdated.
Make it make sense please!
