I would like to propose a solution to an issue that my team has come across when trying to create tags within the Intercom Knowledge module.
Currently, it is not possible to use the down arrow + Enter key to select and assign existing tags when searching for existing tags using the search bar. This shortcut is present on many softwares, and this would be a huge QOL improvement for us as we are working with multiple articles a day.
The Intercom team’s help would be greatly appreciated regarding this matter!
