Problem
There is no way to open a ticket's full-detail view directly from the Company Page > Tickets tab. Users must navigate to the Inbox and locate the same ticket to view ticket attributes, form data, and other details.
Current Experience
- Open the Company page and find the ticket in the Tickets tab.
- Navigate to the Inbox and open the same ticket.
- View the full details in the right-hand ticket details panel.
Proposed Solution
Add a direct link from tickets in the Company Page > Tickets tab to the ticket's full-detail view in the Inbox.
Expected Outcome
Users can access complete ticket details with a single click, reducing navigation and improving efficiency.
