It would be very helpful if the Intercom mobile app supported the same Quick Links functionality that is available in the Intercom web app.
Currently, our support team often needs to copy a User ID from the Intercom mobile app, then manually open our own website/admin panel to find the related user profile. This works, but it adds extra steps and slows down mobile support workflows.
In the Intercom web app, Quick Links make this much easier because agents can open related user/profile links directly from the conversation or user context. Having the same functionality in the mobile app would allow agents to quickly access relevant external user profiles without copying and pasting IDs manually.
