The current teammate profiles (admin profiles) are fairly basic and do allow for an editable text field for a fun quote.

The idea we are putting forward is to allow for custom attributes (fields) to be able to be created for teammate profiles, these could be use to list teammates professional certifications for instance.

One or two extra fields that could be either lists or multi line text would be a great start.

I want to take this concept a step further and allow for custom attributes to be added to teammate profiles for the purpose of filtering view and reports. Because our team structure varies significantly from our “Team Inbox” assignments, we need to add each individual teammate to each report. It’s brutal. Being able to add teammate-level attributes would allow us to do things like store a teammate’s manager, skills, topics, seat, etc.
