As an admin, I need the ability to view and edit all macros in our CRM instance—including personal and private macros created by individual users. Currently, while I can export and view macros created by others, I’m unable to modify them unless they are shared or public. This limitation can create workflow inconsistencies, especially when macros are outdated, misused, or duplicative.
Allowing admins to edit all macros would:

Full editing rights for admins over all macros, regardless of visibility
