It would be good to have the option for example for a specific day, if Fin could analyse all conversations including transcriptions and Chats/Emails to provide an executive summary style paragraph of hot topics, issues, contact reasons.
Although there is the topics explorer functionality this can still mean a lot of manually diving into to see what the topic was specifically about.
