Current State: The chat window is locked in a specific location based on what is set. The user can only minimize it or close it out fully
Ask: Enable the conversation width to be fluid
Why is this important for end users? 1) It ends the close–peek–reopen loop. 2) It allows users to work with the chat bot side-by-side and not around either one
Impact: This will improve user experience, particularly when the end user is being walked through troubleshooting steps. It is hard to navigate back and forth to view the steps and then follow along within the product. This will enable the users to choose which functionality works best for them (moving the chat window around or minimizing/closing)
