Currently, Fin’s feedback prompts (e.g., “Help Fin understand how they’re doing”) are generated automatically and cannot be customised.
It would be helpful if businesses could choose which pronouns Fin uses in these messages, such as “he”, “she”, “they” or “it”, depending on how they’ve chosen to present their AI assistant.
This would allow businesses to maintain a consistent tone and personality across their customer communications.
