The Related Articles presented in an article page are automatically assigned. The association is not great, and I want to have an option to remove and add articles to this list manually if needed.

    I have just been writing a suggestion that covers this very thing!

    In our help centre, a lot of our knowledge articles are related to one another. For example, we may have an article that outlines how to view information from a specific screen, and another that describes how to edit/update that information.

    Related articles are generated at the bottom of an article inside Intercom, but I don’t have any real way to identify the articles that are related.
    I would love to have more control over this feature.
