One of the most common requests in our company’s own product suggestion board is for users to be able to move the help centre/messenger popup to a different area. This is because there may be important information, features or buttons that sit behind the position of this popup. While we can move it, this position is set for all users and therefore would not suit everyone. Allowing them to move it themselves would prevent repeated requests and complaints to our own team.
