Allow ends users (our customers’ customers) to search the pervious conversation via keywords in messenger. So any conversations that contain such keywords would show up. One of the customers’ end user requested so that they can easily search and refer to previous conversation when talking to the support agent.

Second this suggestion! Requesters who have multiple conversations open at the same time, as well as those with long conversations really needs this feature. Finding previous conversations can also be helpful in preventing having customers reach out again about the same thing.
+2Upvoting this. In my conversations with Intercom's support, I use a third-party platform to keep track of all the bugs and issues I raise. This helps me avoid searching through each conversation. I think adding a search-by-content option would help both us and our customers.
