It would be a huge help for training and content review if we could export all macros including body content to a CSV. Even better if their associated tags and actions were exported to columns so it’s easy to see what each macro does.
Right now if managers want to collaborate on macro content improvement, macros have to be manually copied and pasted into a doc. We have over 600 macros and I’m sure other organizations have many more.
Zendesk makes macro content export pretty straightforward. Please help save us time and add this capability!
