We had a user raise a complaint that for clinicians, Intercoms multi-channel notification is too noisey. They would like the option to chose one device to receive notifications, so that they don’t get notified of a message for many.
It got to our Canny board, but is direct feedback of how intercom impacts busy clinicians who we serve.
