Allow search bar length customisation on "Modern" styling option for Helpcenter

On the “Classics” styling option you could adjust length of the Search Bar. This cannot be done on the “Modern” version. 
A strength of the classic version was the very clear Search Bar that invited users, but this design feels like it’s prioritized it. It’s opaqueness also makes it harder to see.
