Allow undoing the thumbs up / thumbs down feedback in Fin conversations

Agents sometimes accidentally click the thumbs up or thumbs down feedback in Fin conversations. Once submitted, the rating can’t be changed or removed. It would be helpful to add an option to undo or edit the feedback after it’s been submitted.
