Allow users to log into the tickets portal without having been seen by Intercom

It would be great if users who have never been seen by an Intercom integration can still access their company’s tickets by “logging in” to the tickets portal in some way.

 

Maybe email can be verified via magic link or something?

We don't offer a webshop, but also offer corporate clients a solution who (still) work file based. Meaning they don't have any user access to our platforms. As a result we have nothing to integrate Intercom with. We indeed also would like to offer our clients/partners a client portal, whereby they can login via email (user name and passport) to log tickets and view the status of our all logged tickets.
