Allow users to use event metadata for proactive support goals

When setting goals for proactive support it would be great to be able to select event metadata (like you can for ‘When to Send’ filters) for goals. Also this would be great for segmentation also - but there is another idea for that already.

Hi @Jennifer K - Thanks for following up. 

When we create events/activities to track in intercom they are often more general and we use metadata properties to target specific actions. In this case there are different ‘quests’ that we want to target different messages with. 
 

Basically this is highlighting the difference between triggers and filters. When you use a trigger you can filter on the triggers metadata to target specific events.



When you are filtering on an activity or setting a goal you can only select the time or occurrence of that trigger and NOT filter further on the metadata. It would be nice to filter on the metadata in addition to the occurrence or timing.
