I really wish you could answer calls on the mobile app. This would be so useful. Imagine you step away from your company laptop, and then your customer tries to call you, and you need to pick up. This would be a very good feature to have for the Intercom phone subscription.
It could even be a feature within the Intercom mobile app (iOS).
