It would be helpful to allow audience filtering at the help center and collection levels rather than just the article level. This is useful as there are often many articles within a collection/help center that ought to follow the same audience rules, but it can be frustrating to have to remember to set filters at each individual article level.

We were attempting to manage article visibility by using user segments. The idea was to create a filter and apply the segment rule to each article, so if we ever needed to change the audience, we could simply update the segment's filtering criteria.

However, we encountered an unexpected side effect: articles using user segments were only visible to logged-in users, and not to leads or visitors. This makes the approach unworkable for our use case.

It would be incredibly useful to have the ability to define Audience Filters—similar to how user segments work—that could be applied directly to article audiences. This would give us the flexibility to manage visibility without losing access for leads or visitors.
