It would be extremely helpful to have a workflow trigger that takes into account actions completed by Fin or the workflow bot in your workspace. Since that automated user is not considered a “teammate”, none of the workflow triggers including teammate can be used to trigger any workflow if they are actioned by Fin.
For example, “If teammate changes the state of a ticket” will trigger if a user manually updates a customer ticket state. However, if the customer responds on a customer ticket and the automated user updates the ticket state, it will not get picked up by the workflow trigger and that ticket state change will be missed entirely.
The example relates to changing the state of a ticket, but this would be helpful for all actions performed by Fin/Workflow bot.
