It would be great if we could set up a rule that automatically distributes the tickets within office hours every X amount of time.

For example, when a customer reaches outside office hours, their tickets go to the correct inbox, and someone must manually assign them to the team members during office hours, depending on availability.

Having this option would remove the manual labor of assigning tickets, and it can follow the same rule that is used to assign tickets if someone is available during office hours.
