automatically merge phone leads into users with the same email address

At the moment, people who call us for the first time automatically causes a lead to be created. Oftentimes there is an existing user with the same email address, so we effectively have duplicate profiles for the same person unless someone manually merges the lead into the user afterwards. It would be nice for this to happen automatically.

    +1 but i think it needs to be merge based on phone number. Leads that match an existing user phone number shouldn’t be leads
