Is there any way to make the away reason visible when reassigning a case to a teammate who is away? This way, the team will know that the reassigned teammate is away on holiday or for any other reason.
For example, just like Slack. You can see why a teammate is away from the tooltip. Eg. away for meeting 🗓️ , away for holiday 🌴 and etc.
It would be nice if the away reason is more visible around the app, not just the live dashboard.
