If you filter on a spreadsheet, you can multi-select, multi-remove, clear all or add all and it has a text box to search for specific words. I’d love Intercom to replicate this on your filter tool on a report.
I find it so frustrating when you select a filter, like a specific conversation tag, it then bumps you back up to the top and you have to scroll back down again. You should have the ability to ‘select-all’ once you’ve started searching.
