There was a font update overnight that is not ideal, and makes the conversations harder to read, especially between 0s and 8s. Please bring back the old font, or allow us to choose our own font on an individual basis!!

Agree. There should be an option to select the font. Fist thing I thought when I suddenly realize my Intercom account looks weird is that something is wrong with my computer.

Thank you, Michaela! I’m sure many would like to have more choices in the fonts but not forced and one and only. Rather, a few options to choose from in the settings.
