At the moment, it's only possible to enable notifications for all activity, not just for calls. It would be incredibly helpful for my team to have the option to receive desktop and sound notifications for calls only, so they’re alerted when immediate assistance is needed. Currently, team members only receive call notifications if they have Intercom open, which makes it easy to miss them.
