I think it would be great to have all chats coming in a clearer way so that the responder is notified in an obvious way.

Can an inbound chat be more noticeable when they come in, like a stronger alert (think parrot squawking sound).

You can update the notification sound 🔊 by going to *Your Avatar* > Your Account > Notifications and clicking on the dropdown under Notification Sound:
