Can I add/edit/remove FIN content & manage their audience via the API?

I have hundreds of PDF files, and many webpages that are behind a login, that I would like to push as content via the intercom API.

I do understand the files and size limits, but willing to do the merging on my end and push to intercom programmatically. I definitely need to manage the audience of each “Content” instance as well via some rules like tags and other things.

I know the UI supports all that, but I’d like to do this via an API

Hey @Aziz Khoury 👋 To manage the audience for Fin, you can create Audience Rules under the FIN Profile or create Audience Targeting directly under the FIN Content page, but this is not available through the API.

Currently, it is not possible to add, edit, or remove Fin content via the API, as the available ingestion methods are Snippets, PDF, and via a Public URL source. Additionally, Fin data is not exposed on the REST API, but the team is currently considering adding this feature in the future! I would recommend keeping an eye on New at Intercom for product releases and updates like this ✨ 🚀
