Current Issue
In the Classic Help Center template, when displaying multiple nested collections (second level and deeper), there is no option to collapse the list of articles within each collection.
Since the article lists cannot be expanded or collapsed using a toggle, all articles remain visible, even when a collection contains a large number of articles.
Impact

When collections contain many articles, the page becomes excessively long, making it difficult for users to find other collections.

This reduces the readability and usability of the Help Center, making it harder for users to navigate to the information they need.

We considered switching to the Modern template to address this issue. However, the Modern template introduces other limitations, particularly regarding title width and line wrapping. As a result, switching templates does not fully resolve our requirements.
Feature Request
Please add an expand/collapse toggle for article lists within nested collections (second level and deeper) in the Classic Help Center template.
This would allow Help Center administrators to maintain a clear collection hierarchy while making it easier for users to navigate and find relevant articles.
