Conference option in Intercom Phone

Hey ​@Adelaide Ayres we released the option to create 3-way calls back on 5th December, does this address your request? 😊

Here’s how to do it: 

1. Initiate adding a participant to a call
   Click on the ellipsis icon in the Phone calling modal and select ‘Add participant’
    
2. Add a teammate or a user or dial a phone number
   Select a saved user from the provided list or type a new phone number
    
3. Ringing new participant
   Once a new number is selected, the modal will initiate a call to the new participant.
    
4. Participant joined the call
   We will update the call modal UI to reflect that there are 3 participants on the call.
    
5. Participant rejects the call
   If the participant rejects the call, we will play a voice message that the call has not been accepted.

• Adding a participant to a call
  
• Choose from Teammates, Users or dial a new number

• Ringing participant

• Participant has joined
