We have recently moved to Intercom and are using it for incoming Chats, Tickets and phone calls.

It would be a massive help if a user had granular control of their notifications - for example being able to set different sounds and volumes for new items being assigned, replies to existing items or incoming phone calls.

 

As it stands there is a single sounds for all notifications, and the incoming call “ringer” appears to be hard-coded as I can’t find ay settings for it.
