For most recent versions of intercom API (2.14 and 2.15), the GET /conversations endpoint doesn't support sort nor order query parameters (version 1.4 surely did), and POST /conversations/search AND cloud data export feature do not export data from conversations that were outbound-only (meaning: didn't have customer reply).
