Today, the only way to create a new slack message to a customer is through an Outbound Broadcast. That is super cumbersome. There should be a way to create a new slack message from the Inbox (Channel or DM), just like you can create a new convo or ticket. This is such a basic requirement.

If I’m not mistaken, Side Conversations have to be created in association with an existing convo. What I’m requesting is a brand new Slack conversation that my B2B agents need to start as an outreach to a client.
