It should be possible to create knowledge snippets using the API.

 

Appetite

Currently there is no knowledge type that can:

  1. Be used by Fin.
  2. Be made using the API.
  3. Not be read publicly.

Problem with current solutions
Internal article: doesn't cover point 1
Snippet: doesn't cover point 2
Public article: doesn't cover point 3
