Right now, Facebook Messenger conversations automatically become new after a fixed 5‑day period when a conversation is closed.
It would be really helpful if this delay could be configurable per workspace, similar to how it works for email.
Use case:
- Support teams sometimes need longer or shorter inactivity windows before a new conversation is created.
- A customizable setting would allow better control over conversation lifecycle and reporting.
