We use the SMS priority workflow to route urgent member contacts to Slack. We have different urgency types, such as member onsite and scan day, and would like to label them differently in Slack. At the moment the notification template is fixed, so we would like the ability to add a custom text field to the Notify Slack step so each workflow branch can send a distinct message to the same channel.

This is also a blocker for us. The messages Fin posts to Slack are borderline useless for us. Slack is our top enterprise support and enablement channel and going quickly to the relevant customer channel is incredibly valuable for us.
Currently we get zero context in the Fin conversations.
Our previous CS tool gave us a nice writeup of the customer ask and let us collaborate on it.
+6Ah, if you’d like to manage this more granularly, I’d suggest trying out posting to Slack’s webhook instead. You should be able to customise that your heart’s content in each branch of a workflow, to minimise that extra work in checking back in Intercom
