You can only turn off entire sections by un-pinning them from the cases side panel, however, it would be good to edit items within that section. For example I want to see the Conversation attributes section, but our company does not use Discord so I would want to remove that to make the panel more concise. Currently I can only turn off the whole section and not remove items within that section, and keep the section.
