Multiple customers have asked if notifications on intercom can be muted or customised. Some find they are in the middle of working and our messages/ notifications are disturbing them. Could they configure notifications like:
- Silence notifications for 1,2,3 hours (Similar to Whatsapp)
- Only show notifications for outbound messaging (Banners, Posts)
- Dont show messages, only play sound or app badge icon
