Is there a way to edit the size of the tooltip icon, or upload your custom icon so that it better matches the branding of our application?

Hi there @Alex George 👋 At the moment, the only way you can edit the appearance of a Tooltip is by selecting Icon, No Icon or Label, and then within each option you can choose from the different options provided. The option to upload your own custom icon would be really nice to see, I’ve passed this idea onto our Product team here. I would recommend keeping an eye on New at Intercom for product releases and updates like this✨ 🚀

        I have raised this several times with intercom support as it is becoming a big pain point for us. Our designers are constantly pushing back on the in app appearance of tooltips - but we don’t have enough resources to build these natively in app. However having some simple customisation options would be an amazing first step to create a more seamless experience for us when creating customer facing content in app.
