Enable audio files and voice memos in chat messages.

I would love the ability to record a voice memo or audio file and send it as a message in the Chat. My use case is to send tailored, specific, longer form messages and replies to our users, and recording an audio message is not only faster but delivers a more tailored and personal experience to our users. It would be great to have an audio file sent as a message as part of the chat with a user. This way, we can integrate the Bot, perhaps Fin (in the future), specific written responses with the user, and an audio file for a longer form message, as well as additional links/URLs to accompany the conversation.

    ​@Michaela Hone Just adding a note here, if Intercom is adding this amazing feature -- keep in mind transcription as well please!  So the message could be auto transcribed into text (any language) so support and customers who may not be able to listen to the message at that moment could still benefit and of course Fin AI hopefully can engage with the content in audio or text format as well to provide help. 

    I love voice notes but sometimes you are just in a situation where you can’t hear the message and it delays your ability to respond or you can’t understand the language which then causes more challenges.

        Please also allow for saving voicenotes as Macros so we can continuously send out the same perfectly recorded answer, thanks!

        Please allow voice to text transcripts. So basically we could dictate our message to customer in chat

        Please add a voicenote feature - manually adding an audio file is not time efficient/defeat the purpose of a voicenote (a quick, personal message you can send on the go). We’re looking for voicenote similar to what is offered via iMessage and Whatsapp - where you press a button, start recording, and then send (no need to attach a separate file etc).
