Hi Team,
we’ve enabled email notifications so our customers can receive updates on new messages. However, the current email template looks a bit spam-like (customer feedback) and offers very limited customization. It would be extremely helpful if we could personalize or style these emails further, especially:

Ability to customize the footer (the auto-inserted logo and name currently look unprofessional)

Ability to adjust the subject line and email content

Ability to edit the “from” name
