Hope you are doing well. i’m erick from USA. I'm excited to be a part of this vibrant community, and I believe we can make it even better. I have a few ideas to improve our community, but I'd love to hear your thoughts and suggestions as well. Here is mine,
- How about organizing webinars on specific topics related to Intercom usage? We can invite experts to discuss best practices and answer user questions.
- Let's establish a program to recognize and reward active members who consistently contribute to the community by sharing knowledge, solving problems, and being supportive.
- A dedicated section for members to submit and vote on feature requests and improvements for Intercom. This could help prioritize development efforts.
