Feature ON/OFF to send the conversation transcript automatically after a live-chat conversation ends

At this time, ​Intercom does not have a built-in feature to automatically send chat transcripts once a conversation is closed. It takes too much time for agents to download and send the transcript to users. In some businesses we need users to keep records of all comms between company<>users.
