We need a way to be able to tell who applies tags and when. Making that information visible in the event logs would be extremely helpful.

Additionally, this and other conversation events should have the ability to be pulled via API. I will submit a second topic for the API feature request.

This request should apply to macro usage event log visibility as well (ex: what team member used what macro when - visible in the ticket event logs as well as reporting).

Seconding: the ability to see who triggered a specific tag or Macro in Ticket Events is important to us as well. Being able to report on who is using which macros, and how often, is also important.
