Back office tickets should have the ability to be easily re-opened just like normal conversation tickets. Example: if a team-mate replies on a back-office ticket that’s already been marked Resolved/Closed, the ticket should re-open.  The use case would be: Back-office tickets are used to track bugs, so visibility is key at every stage.
