Once a custom attribute (Custom Object data) is created, it is added to the side panel of a conversation under Conversation Attributes.
In our case, this list is becoming long as we use this feature for our automations.
There’s no way currently to customise a view and remove what is not relevant to one’s view. Please add a feature to pin/unpin, same as classic conversation attributes.
