We’ve created a canvas kit using which Salesforce Case can be created from Intercom Inbox. We need to upload files as well from the same screen, is there any option in Canvas Kit so that we can add files as well, which will be passed in the outgoing request?

While you can add attachment URLs via text and submit them along with your submission using Canvas Kit, at the moment it wouldn’t be possible to upload file attachments as part of a Canvas action. This is a great idea though! I’ll submit this as an idea for our product team to take into consideration. 👍
I’d like to bump this request. Accepting file uploads is necessary when creating a canvas kit app to either customize the “create ticket” app, or to accept tickets for third party systems.
The built-in “create ticket” app supports file uploads (if you create a file upload field as a ticket attribute). There is limited functionality to customize this interface, however. In order to provide a custom canvas kit app to accept tickets with file uploads, something like this is necessary.
